  • Position Overview

    Collaborating with the project team in the deployment of a new Talent Management System (TMS) in 2021, the HR Processes and Systems Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Talent & Culture team throughout the deployment of the TMS. Reporting into the Talent Operations Manager and working closely with the Compensation and HRIS Lead, they will oversee managing and updating the firm's various current and potential HR systems.

    A day in the life of an HR Processes and Systems Analyst

  • Provide ongoing support, recommendations, and training to HR system users (including super users) concerning data use, IT requests and information processing possibilities for the various existing HR modules.
  • Analyze how management systems are used so that new internal needs can be met. For that purpose, study new system features or existing but unused features to identify and develop appropriate solutions. Inform the relevant individuals and do follow-up;
  • Be the person responsible for the implementation of the various modules (other than the performance management module) related to the new talent management system (TMS);
  • Organize and lead working sessions with key stakeholders to inventory their business needs and determine the processes to optimize how the possible results are managed and used.
  • Manage and prioritize problem solving for systems (integrations) when issues occur;
  • Work with the various stakeholders to ensure that new policies, processes or innovations are implemented into the HR systems in accordance with Richter's Policies and Procedures;
  • Serve as a technical point-of-contact with other HR functional areas.
  • Help administer the following processes:

  • Administer and approve vacation time in Deltek
  • Prepare workforce planning reports
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through regular audits of HR systems
  • Assist subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities
  • Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors of HR systems
  • Support and provide the organization with tools for automating HR and payroll processes using the HR systems
  • Handle all system updates required under regulations, legislation or policy/process changes related to HR and payroll
  • What we are looking for:

  • College or university degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or Information Systems and Technology
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HRIS and HR processes
  • Solid knowledge of advanced functions in Excel
  • Excellent spoken and written French and English
  • Track record demonstrating analytical approach and process logic
  • Skill in creating processes, dashboards and reports
  • Ability to analyze data and present results in a detail-oriented way
  • Established organizational skills, flexibility and a proven ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of UKG Pro (Ultipro) an asset
