  • Adaptable and entrepreneurial mindset

  • Resilient. Moving from failure to failure, and deconstructing complexity, without losing enthusiasm

  • Eligible to work in Canada.

  • What You'll Get

The salary range starts at $60,000.

You will also enjoy the following benefits:

  • Comprehensive health and dental benefits package

    Fueling the movement that enables...

  • The over 20,000 people leaving prison each year who could end up back in prison within 2 years - changing that trajectory for them not to be re-entering prison but reintegrating into their communities.

  • The refugee just arriving here who wants the best for their family - ensuring this talented person lands their first job in Canada in their field to build a path of growth and not being stuck in survival jobs.

  • The foster child aging out of the system - clearing a path forward for them to succeed, rather than struggle.

  • The kid in rural Labrador unsure of what the future holds for her - highlighting her opportunities to grow that also invigorates the community that she loves.

  • ....To thrive rather than barely survive or worse.

You deeply listen to the people you aim to serve and rigorously invest in solutions based on those insights. You know that by doing this well, we can open the $250M+ opportunity of meaningful work for refugees in Canada, the $1B+ opportunity of former prisoners succeeding in life, and the many other opportunities based on people thriving.

But dollars and cents aside, it's about human thriving based on being seen and heard - that's what you have built. Three years from now, we will share the story in Canada and abroad of how effectively listening to people we aim to serve leads to great impact - we value voice.
