We currently have an opportunity for a Program Coordinator, Testing & Vaccine Outreach to support our Primary Health Care team.

Build on your education and experience as you:
  • Coordinate, manage, and provide organization support for Primary Health Care assigned activities, programs, or initiatives.
  • Coordinate schedules and convey information to the mobile outreach team and to Community Employer organizations related to the delivery, testing and vaccination to community worksites.
  • Function as the central point of contact, prepare and distribute communications, draft correspondence, receive and respond to related queries, liaise with internal and external stakeholders for communications around programs.
  • Report on completed events and to ensure they are informed of upcoming events.
  • Provide support including coordinating programs across a variety of mediums and preparing agendas, materials, and minutes.
  • Maintain data including analyzing, reconciling, recommending changes, projecting requirements, and preparing funding transfers and budget submissions.
To join the organization we require you to have:
  • Graduation from a diploma program in administration, project management, health care administration/management or related field
  • Three (3) years recent, related experience in a business or health care environment, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
