We are looking for a
Sales Support Specialist to support our business growth in Toronto. The Sales Support Specialist will be reporting to the Sales Manager.

The Sales Support Specialist will play a crucial role in assisting our sales team to achieve their targets and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

_ How you will contribute:
_


  • Assisting with the onboarding process for new clients:
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, finance, and legal to expedite the onboarding process and address any issues or concerns raised by merchants.
  • Handling inbound leads:
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads, gather relevant information, and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Assign leads to appropriate Business Development associates in our CRM and follow up on assignments to update the status.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, provide product information, and offer solutions tailored to their requirements.
  • Monitor the OTT Pay website's Live Chat and respond to inquiries.
  • Collaborating with internal teams such as customer service, operations, and finance to ensure seamless communication and execution of sales initiatives.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and relevant information in our CRM system.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential sales opportunities and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns to drive revenue growth.
  • Providing regular reports and updates to the sales management team on inbound leads, sales performance, trends, and customer feedback.
  • Establishing processes to help boost efficiencies for Sales.

_ What you bring to the table:_

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably in the POS payment industry or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to support decisionmaking.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
