Sales Support Specialist to support our business growth in Toronto. The Sales Support Specialist will be reporting to the Sales Manager.
The Sales Support Specialist will play a crucial role in assisting our sales team to achieve their targets and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

_ How you will contribute:
_
- Assisting with the onboarding process for new clients:
- Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, finance, and legal to expedite the onboarding process and address any issues or concerns raised by merchants.
- Handling inbound leads:
- Respond promptly to inbound leads, gather relevant information, and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
- Assign leads to appropriate Business Development associates in our CRM and follow up on assignments to update the status.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, provide product information, and offer solutions tailored to their requirements.
- Monitor the OTT Pay website's Live Chat and respond to inquiries.
- Collaborating with internal teams such as customer service, operations, and finance to ensure seamless communication and execution of sales initiatives.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and relevant information in our CRM system.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential sales opportunities and contribute to strategic planning.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns to drive revenue growth.
- Providing regular reports and updates to the sales management team on inbound leads, sales performance, trends, and customer feedback.
- Establishing processes to help boost efficiencies for Sales.
_ What you bring to the table:_
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably in the POS payment industry or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to support decisionmaking.
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
