We are looking for a
Sales Support Specialist to support our business growth in Toronto. The Sales Support Specialist will be reporting to the Sales Manager.

The Sales Support Specialist will play a crucial role in assisting our sales team to achieve their targets and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

_ How you will contribute:
_

Assisting with the onboarding process for new clients:
Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, finance, and legal to expedite the onboarding process and address any issues or concerns raised by merchants.
Handling inbound leads:
Respond promptly to inbound leads, gather relevant information, and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
Assign leads to appropriate Business Development associates in our CRM and follow up on assignments to update the status.
Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, provide product information, and offer solutions tailored to their requirements.
Monitor the OTT Pay website's Live Chat and respond to inquiries.
Collaborating with internal teams such as customer service, operations, and finance to ensure seamless communication and execution of sales initiatives.
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and relevant information in our CRM system.
Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential sales opportunities and contribute to strategic planning.
Assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns to drive revenue growth.
Providing regular reports and updates to the sales management team on inbound leads, sales performance, trends, and customer feedback.
Establishing processes to help boost efficiencies for Sales.

_ What you bring to the table:_

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably in the POS payment industry or a related field.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients and internal teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred.
Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to support decisionmaking.
Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
