Responsibilities and Duties

  • Promoting and selling the features, advantages and benefits and Go Wash fleet cards and the Go Wash cleaning experience.
  • Delivering exceptional customer experience
  • Tracking, accurately recording and reporting daily tasks
  • General cleaning and maintaining the site

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma required
  • Demonstrated success in customer service and sales
  • Working with defined goals and/or quotas
  • Team player with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Ability to retain a large amount of product and operational information
  • Positive "cando" attitude and customer focused approach that will enable you challenging situations with integrity, empathy and sincerity
