Notary Public & Corporate Relations - Toronto
Red Seal Notary Inc., Canada's national notary public company is currently recruiting for the position of Notary Public & Corporate Relations for its downtown Toronto location.
This is a great opportunity for licensed paralegals and lawyers seeking positions not involving the practice of law, with regular hours.
- Be appointed as a Notary Public in Ontario with no limitations on commission
- Familiarity with notarizing and commissioning of documents
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Have excellent management and leadership skills
- Have a valid driver's license and able to drive when required
Scope of Work:
- Assist with Notarization and commissioning of documents
- Assist with Fingerprinting Services
- Assist with client services' tasks and projects
- Act as liaison and manage various corporate projects and initiatives
