- Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and business teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer and stakeholder requirements to inform product strategy.
- Conduct user research to understand client needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Lead sprint planning sessions and ensure user stories are well‑defined with clear acceptance criteria.
- Monitor product performance, anticipate risks, and proactively resolve blockers to ensure delivery.
- Champion agile and product management best practices, driving continuous improvement within teams.
- Communicate product vision, updates, and release plans to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, security, and privacy requirements.
- Contribute to the development of user‑centric experiences, driving innovation across product lines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 4–6 years of product management experience in a software or technology‑driven environment.
- Proven experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and releases in agile teams.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and product delivery best practices.
- Hands‑on experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar backlog/requirements management tools.
- Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross‑functional teams.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent agile certification.
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or e‑commerce technology domains.
- Exposure to user‑centric design and innovation practices.
