- Provide customers with an unmatched ownership experience at all times
- Verify quantities received in shipments, notify supervisor of any damage or discrepancies and take appropriate action
- Ensure parts are quickly received and expedited to appropriate Parts Advisor
- Label parts with proper parts number prior to binning and place in storage
- Monitor part number changes and modify location if necessary
- Identify and process special order shipments and notify appropriate person or department
- Provide information to customers on our product and promote parts sales
- Perform customer follow-up on special order parts
- Maintain supply of wet and charged batteries, boutique and accessories display
- Assist internal and external customers at the counter and via telephone
- Assist with housekeeping of parts department, stockroom maintenance and replenishment of stock parts
- Act as a backup for Parts Advisors
- Other duties as required by your manager
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Parts technical knowledge
- Knowledge of parts inventory operations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to exceed customer expectations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Perform duties with a sense of urgency
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Computer skills: MS Office, Internet applications, ADP, EPC
