What you will do:

Manage capital projects for Nutrien's Distribution Terminal network using Nutrien's Project Management Process through project phases from Concept Development to Commissioning Start-Up
Projects will be of the Sustaining capital type, which are focused on existing asset lifecycle management, and will involve various engineering and construction disciplines
Collaborate with various stakeholders such as Nutrien facility personnel, technical specialists, 3rd party engineering service providers, and 3rd party contractors, to develop then achieve project deliverables
Implement projects in accordance with sound engineering principles, established Nutrien procedures, standards, and policies, as well as recognized industry practices and standards
Manage and control projects to ensure that goals are met on schedule and budget
Actively lead projects by communicating effectively with all stakeholders
Work with support staff and stakeholders to ensure safe field implementation, adherence to Nutrien's Life Critical Standards, and in accordance with the Nutrien Way

What you will bring:

Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering degree
Minimum of 4 years engineering, maintenance, project, and/or operations experience in chemical process or manufacturing or a heavy industrial site
Excellent communication and analytical skills
A collaborative and resultsoriented mindset
