Summary/Objective
This position is responsible for overseeing the satisfaction of customers as it pertains to all operational functions of Company.

This position is highly detail oriented and requires the ability to multi-task and work independently in addition to a team environment.

By providing superior customer service, strong communications with our customers is required. This position is required to meet deadlines and works with timely demands and effectively manage multiple workloads. Customer service representatives are cross trained to help and be flexible. Flexibility and the desire to help others is essential to the success of this position.

As the Customer/Logistics Service Administrator, you will provide a full range of activities to support the sales cycle.

Reporting to the Customer Service supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the constant and steady flow of paperwork from receipt of customer purchase order to delivery and acceptance at the client locations, and assist with the follow-up on orders, as required.


Responsibilities:


  • Assists 3PL warehouses, with required paperwork, and confirms daily orders, invoices and completed transport arrangements and other duties related to the job scope.
  • Allow access to receiving door and communicate with warehouse supervisor
  • Create BOL's for all carriers and return goods daily.
  • Communicating with all customers shorts when invoicing orders
  • Update any warehouse/sales logs (warehouse bin locations)
  • Advises customers and brokers of discrepancies and works to resolve issues with pricing, product codes and pack sizes, informs customers of expected delivery dates and changes, product shorts.
  • Fields all customer service issues, dispatches correspondence.
  • Communicates with inhouse personnel, both verbally and electronically, including, but not limited to, Sales, Finance, Purchasing, Operations and Quality Assurance, on issues related to customer orders, fill rates, pricing and various requests.
  • General responsibilities include assisting Supervisor of /Customer service with supporting the general office administration function and ad hoc projects as assigned.
  • Ships samples/orders, Using FedEx shipping Manager while shipping samples.
  • Navigating the NAV platform, posting orders including producing assembly items to allow for closing of order.

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, both with reading and data input.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment, work under pressure with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time
Preferred Education and Experience

  • Experience with Microsoft office software, especially Excel and Word
  • Experience with Outlook software

$42,000.00 per year
