Responsibilities
Diagnosing and Troubleshooting system issues
Maintaining user credibility
Identifying hardware and software solutions
Installing and configuring hardware and software
Maintaining file systems and organize corporation data
Testing and evaluating new technologies
Provide backup solutions
Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
Proficiency in Windows Server/Database
Experience with Fishbowl and QuickBooks is considered an asset
Good written and verbal communication skills
