ary Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Maintenance Worker is responsible for all maintenance related duties within their assigned location(s) within a residential multi-family s

ting. Key Duties and Respons
- ies

Must be involved in maintenance work pertaining to residential units; be available on call on a rotating basis to deal with problems that occur after hours and

- weekends

Manage tenant requests including proper follow up to ensure satisfaction an

- ompletion

Complete maintenance checklist for uno

- pied suites

Responsible for minor plumbing and electrical repairs

- maintenance

Effectively troubleshoot minor a

- iance repairs

Basic carpentry and handyman skills an asset (including drywall and pai

- ng experience)

Working knowledge o

- uilding systems

Required to perform preventive maintenance essential to extending lifecycle of equipment

- resolution skills

Estimate labour and material costs, as well as maint

Basic carpentry and handyman skills including

Possess postsecondary education in a related field and/or

- ivalent work experience

Prior maintenance experience in a residential multifa

- y environment is an asset

Flexible to work

Must possess a valid Alberta driver's licen
