Galliant Advisors LPis a Montreal-based investment management firm offering investment solutions for a growing client base of high-net-worth individuals and institutions. We are looking to hire an
Office Manager, who will work closely with our Operations team.


Position Overview:


  • Act as liaison with service providers
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying to team
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
  • Manage calendars
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, and appointments
  • Assist in resolving any administrative issues
  • Assist with the opening and updating of client accounts, manage transfers and client requests, and regularly communicate with Operations Manager to ensure organizational efficiency and productivity.
  • Detailoriented with ability to multitask and problemsolve
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual English/French is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Experience:
Having worked for an investment management firm will be considered an asset


Start Date:
As soon as possible


Salary:
To be discussed


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
