Galliant Advisors LPis a Montreal-based investment management firm offering investment solutions for a growing client base of high-net-worth individuals and institutions. We are looking to hire an
Office Manager, who will work closely with our Operations team.
Position Overview:
- Act as liaison with service providers
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying to team
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
- Manage calendars
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, and appointments
- Assist in resolving any administrative issues
- Assist with the opening and updating of client accounts, manage transfers and client requests, and regularly communicate with Operations Manager to ensure organizational efficiency and productivity.
- Detailoriented with ability to multitask and problemsolve
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual English/French is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Experience:
Having worked for an investment management firm will be considered an asset
