• Supervise project & staff accordingly_
• Coordinate and schedule tasks and activities_
• Experience with landscape construction tools_
• Knowledge of landscaping materials and techniques_
• Attention to detail_
• Capable of physical labor_
• Strong communication skills_
• Experience with planting annuals, perennials, shrubs and trees_
• Operation of skid steer, truck, trailer, stone saw, plate tampers, etc._
• Must have reliable transportation to yard/job site_
• Clean Class G with driver's abstract_
• Experienced with the installation of interlocking stone, natural stone, rockery, step/staircase construction, retaining walls, understanding elevations & grade parameters, fence & deck building_
• Maintain a clean & organized jobsite and yard at all times_
• Positive attitude, hard working, reliable, efficient, presentable, works well in a team environment_
• Safety conscientious; safe operation of equipment, vehicles, and tools at all times_
• Excellent work ethic and punctuality_
• Hourly rate commensurate with skills and ability; $25 $35 / Hour + Weekly Bonuses + Winter Salary_
