In partnership with Global Process Owners and Business Leaders, this role is responsible for evaluating current state Allocation and Reporting systems and processes to design, configure and implement SAP PaPM solutions.


Current Allocation and Reporting systems/processes include:
Measure & Manage (Revenue attribution)

Economic Model (Infrastructure Expense Allocations)

Funds Transfer Pricing

RAROC Capital Allocations

Tax Allocations


MMR


Should include, where you can, reference to the allocations types (5) to give it a bit more "allocations and HOGAN-like" context.

Then, it's an outline of the experience requirements which would include knowledge of the PAPM module, SAP methods and tools (requirements, design, build, test & deliver), SAP S/4 HANA (generally) and SAC, A40, Group Reporting (specifically), and strong functional knowledge of accounting and costing.

Able to lead a direct a small team and work with stakeholders. Able to review support models and frame new organization design.


Mandate:

  • Participate in SAP PaPM implementation activities and act as a liaison with Global Process Owners to validate requirements for changes to processes and recommend ERP related best practices.
  • Participate in user sessions for requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, configuration, unit testing, and UAT.
  • Develop functional specifications for the development of reports, forms, configurations, interfaces, conversion, enhancements and workflows in R2R areas.
  • Manage and coordinate changes for unit and regression testing with integration partners.
  • Develop test scenarios and scripts, perform unit testing, coordinate user acceptance testing to resolve and close defects.
  • Develop work instructions and job aids for end user training.
  • Manage business process mapping, process reengineering and gap analysis. Recommend opportunities for streamlining, consolidating and optimizing processes.
  • Assist with solution strategies for business requirements, enhancement requests and defect fixes. Identify, develop and deliver business and technical solutions.
  • Work independently while managing multiple priorities in a global environment; interacting with and influencing business partners at all levels.
  • Support the development of standardized/centralized analytical reporting.
  • Support the identification, prioritization, and implementation of new platform and process capabilities.
  • Support change management and training relative to new processes or platforms; coordinate user testing and acceptance.

Minimum Qualifications:
A minimum of 7 years of SAP FICO implementation experience working in big and complex transformations with at least 2 full life cycle implementations

At least one S/4 Hana End-End implementation experience

Experience in designing and configuring SAP Finance solutions

Corresponding SAP certifications


Deep knowledge of SAP FI (GL/New GL/AR/AP), SAP CO, Tax and Legal reporting, Asset accounting, Profit center and Segment accounting, Product Costing, Profitability analysis, Intercompany, Project systems cost controlling, Financial close.


Preferred Qualifications:
Good understanding on Fiori apps, role design for Fiori apps

Nice to have basic ABAP debugging experience.

Experience working on third party integrations and EDI integration


Job Type:
Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
Up to $80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
