The Opportunity:
We are looking to fill the role of Accounts Payable (AP). AP will provide support to the accounting department and be reporting directly to the AP Department Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a company with high standards and established procedures that enable us to provide premium service.
Responsibilities:
- Uploading invoices
- Invoice data entry using Nexus software
- Approving invoices and printing cheques
- Additional procedures related to AP duties
Qualifications:
- 12 years of Accounts Payable experience is preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Yardi, Nexus and property management industry is an asset
