- Providing application support for highly critical Front/Mid Office platforms
- Investigating and resolving production incidents in real time
- Ensuring service continuity and meeting SLA requirements (24/5 environment)
- Analyzing logs, data flows, and batch processing issues
- Performing root cause analysis and proposing long-term fixes
- Working closely with development teams to deliver permanent solutions
- Acting as a key point of contact for Trading, Middle Office, Risk, and IT teams
- Understanding business impacts and prioritizing incidents accordingly
- Supporting releases, deployments, and production changes
- Contributing to monitoring automation and support process optimization
- Documenting procedures and sharing best practices across teams
- Strong experience in L2/L3 application support in critical environments
- Excellent knowledge of SQL (queries, troubleshooting, data validation)
- Familiarity with Linux/Windows server environments
- Solid understanding of production workflows (incident management, ITIL
- Experience in Capital Markets / Investment Banking (CIB)
- Monitoring tools: Splunk, ELK, Geneos, Dynatrace, or equivalent
- Exposure to Front Office / Middle Office systems
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in application support or production support
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work under pressure
- Service-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused
- Fluent French, professional English (international banking environment)

Context
ACENSI is expanding its consulting teams in Québec as part of a major recruitment wave focused on Capital Markets / Investment Banking (CIB) environments.
