The heritage site of the old Saanich Municipal Hall, is where the Med Grill calls home.

At 100 year's old, the building holds generations of memories and history which we proudly showcase in the hallways of our restaurant.

We are seeking experienced applicants who have a passion for providing warm hospitality. Come join our amazing team

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and portion sizes
Assist with meal preparation and food handling
Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
Follow instructions from the head chef or supervisor

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook in the food industry is preferred
Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

$21.00-$24.00 per hour
