    The Overnight Steward supports our Food and Beverage outlets in providing award-winning service through attention to detail , ensur ing the highest level of cleanliness.


    Hourly Wage:
    $22.50 plus $2 per hour shift premium for overnights.
    Maintain the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary and food and beverage facilities
    Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
    Utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner
    Sort, polish, and transport silver; Must be available to work overnights.
    Access to affordable shared staff accommodation.
    Complimentary meal per shift in our employee dining room.

    As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Overnight Steward to be flexible in working overnights, weekends, and holidays.
