Description
We are looking for someone who believes in the potential of children and the beauty of independence to join our Supply Teacher team for children at our High Park location for children ages 18 months to 12 years of age.

The Clover School (formerly named Forest Hill Montessori School) is a well-established CCMA accredited Montessori school located in Toronto, Ontario. We are the school with heart.
The role will require/include:

Supporting the children as needed throughout classroom work periods, outdoor times, transitions, lunch, (diapering/toileting as needed), arrival and dismissal

Cleaning/sanitization and maintenance of the classroom and other areas, as needed
:

Redirect, guide and support children towards independence in collaboration with the Lead Teacher
:

Provide safe and nurturing supervision and daily programming of toddler and preschool children
:

Guide, model and support a calm positive environment for the children
:
-
Engage actively with the children to support enriched learning experiences
:

Being available to be 'on call', receiving a request Mon-Fri between am, or at times in advance for a planned teacher absence

Other duties as assigned.

A clear police record check (vulnerable sector):

Valid Standard First Aid and CPR (level C) certificate:

RECE, ECE, OCT or equivalent considered an asset:

Experience with the Montessori method considered an asset
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Salary:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour
