Duties and responsibilities:


Brief summary of duties includes:

  • Analyze, design, develop and implement training programs for SaskAbilities technical, professional and safety related.
  • Research best practices and approaches related to training needs.
  • Plans and coordinates the delivery of training programs.
  • Incorporates technological solutions for the delivery of training needs.
  • Delivers targeted group and individual training programs based on needs assessments.
  • Maintains and documents training records and procedures.
  • Develops visualized provincial training scheduling system.

Qualifications:


Education and experience:

  • Undergraduate degree in adult education, human resources or business administration.
  • At least 2 years previous experience with adult learning.

Skills:


  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills for both inperson and remote delivery.
  • Knowledge and skills in learning and development needs.
  • Must be astute with the utilization and incorporation of technological solutions for the delivery and development of training programs.
  • Understanding of provincial legislation for occupational health and safety.
  • Effective time management skills (many assigned tasks are time sensitive).
  • Proven ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
