    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintains accurate, searchable facility maintenance records and files for all McLean campuses related to Joint Commission, OSHA etc.

    • Independently monitors department/organizational compliance with applicable regulations policies/procedures. Collaborates Director of Facilities Maintenance Sr Environmental Health Safety Officer to review/update policies annually.

    • Drafts quarterly reports for the Safety & Maintenance Committee meetings. Prioritizes resources enabling efficient department operations.

    • Seeks ways improve compliance reduce busywork Notify manager if any area(s) at risk non-compliance./
