Listens actively to customers to advise them on products, prices and availability in order to satisfy their needs. Answers technical questions.*
Receives and processes customer orders (phone, email in, fax, etc)*

More than 1 year in a **retail/industrial** sales environment*
Good knowledge of computer systems and google suite*
Secondary diploma*
A positive attitude and customer service focus*
Ability to lift up to 50lbs and roll cylinders when needed.*
Teamwork****Preferred Qualifications:*
Knowledge of welding processes and products is a big asset
