Together with their promise in guest experiences and comfort stays, A Cappella Catering and Coast Hotel will re-open Preston's Restaurant in March 2023.
We believe each dining experience should be an exceptional culinary experience. Through owner-operated service we will provide scratch made food, created from local and farm fresh ingredients.About You:

Summary of Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Ensure service team is creating a lasting impression for each guest
- Retain full knowledge with the composition of all food and beverage menu items
- Practice exceptional service ensuring a positive dining experience
- Ensure daily house tasks are assigned and completed
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and restaurant by coordinating the team
- Train team members
- Maintain control, composure and flow during high volume service times
- Ensure prompt service
- Ensure all "Steps of Service" are being performed
- Oversee dining rooms and bar service to ensure timely service and all guest expectations are met
- Maintain a high percentage Guest Satisfaction score/rating
- Liase with other managers to ensure proper training and development of team members
- Assist in administrative tasks: scheduling, ordering, reporting, cashouts, inventory

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in pub/bar/restaurant management, preferably in casual fine dining
- Experienced operating Open Table and 3rd Party delivery platforms (Skip, Uber, Door Dash)
- Pro Serve Certification
- Possess a passion for leadership
- Desire to learn and grow while mentoring the team
- Ability to remain cool in a fastpaced, highstress situations

Job Types:

Salary:
$22.00-$24.00 per hour
