About Us:

Disco Inferno and Wild Child Nightlife are looking to add 2-4 Security Guards to our team. As we continue to grow, we're looking for responsible and personable individuals to join our team as Security Guards.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor guest activity to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons and staff
• Check IDs at the door to enforce age restrictions and entry policies
• Manage guest conduct, de-escalate conflicts, and remove disruptive individuals as needed
• Communicate with management and staff to address potential security issues
• Perform regular venue checks, including patio and washroom areas
• Maintain a strong and professional presence at the entrance and throughout the venue
• Comply with all provincial regulations regarding alcohol service and safety

Qualifications:

• Must be 19 years of age or older
• Valid Ontario Security Guard License required
• Valid Smart Serve is required
• Previous experience in hospitality or bar/nightlife security preferred
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Weekend and late-night availability is a must
