The Role

Key Responsibilities

User Research and

Requirements Gathering:
_

Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to gain insights into user needs, pain points, and workflow challenges
UI/UX Design and Prototyping:_
Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts and user interactions
Collaboration and Iteration:_
Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including software developers, product managers, and quality assurance engineers, to translate design concepts into productionready interfaces
Iterate on design solutions based on feedback from stakeholders, user testing sessions, and usability studies
Advocate for usercentered design principles and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization
UI/UX Standards and Documentation:_
Document design specifications, interaction patterns, and visual assets to ensure consistency and scalability across products and platforms

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar prototyping and wireframing tools
Strong understanding of usercentered design principles, usability testing methodologies, and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
Experience working in an Agile development environment, collaborating with crossfunctional teams, and delivering highquality design solutions within iterative release cycles
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts, present findings, and advocate for user needs to diverse stakeholders
