Job Summary:

The Manager, Marketing will report to the Director, Sales and Marketing, Apobiologix Canada, as commercial leader for planning and execution for all marketing initiatives for Apobiologix Canada.

Responsibilities:

Manages execution of all marketing initiatives for Apobiologix Canada.
Support Director, Director, Sales&marketing, Apobiologix Canada, on commercial strategies related to Canadian biosimilar launches.
Accountable for the forecasts for biosimilar products for Canada.
Accountable for the hospital contract submission for biosimilar products for Canada.
Creates and maintains relationships with external KOLs.
Creates relationships with crossfunctional teams within Apobiologix (Medical and Regulatory Affairs, Clinical and product development) to improve workflow and business processes.
Leads, develops, motivates and coaches a team of analysts to foster a positive environment.
Addresses performance management activities, including annual performance appraisals.
Works in a safe manner collaborating as a team member to achieve all outcomes.

Ensure personal adherence with all compliance programs including the Global Business Ethics and Compliance Program, Global Quality policies and procedures, Safety and Environment policies, and HR policies.

Job Requirements:

Education
University Business / Science Degree
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Forecasting expertise in the Canadian Pharmaceutical industry or similar forecasting expertise.
Proven, wellrounded management skills. Comfortable leading and managing a team of analysts.
Ability to make effective recommendations and timely decisions.
Ability to work with all levels within the organization in terms of people, processes and systems. Organizational agility. Has a commercial understanding of the business practices of a Sales & Marketing organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience
