Job Summary:
The Manager, Marketing will report to the Director, Sales and Marketing, Apobiologix Canada, as commercial leader for planning and execution for all marketing initiatives for Apobiologix Canada.
Responsibilities:
- Manages execution of all marketing initiatives for Apobiologix Canada.
- Support Director, Director, Sales&marketing, Apobiologix Canada, on commercial strategies related to Canadian biosimilar launches.
- Accountable for the forecasts for biosimilar products for Canada.
- Accountable for the hospital contract submission for biosimilar products for Canada.
- Creates and maintains relationships with external KOLs.
- Creates relationships with crossfunctional teams within Apobiologix (Medical and Regulatory Affairs, Clinical and product development) to improve workflow and business processes.
- Leads, develops, motivates and coaches a team of analysts to foster a positive environment.
- Addresses performance management activities, including annual performance appraisals.
- Works in a safe manner collaborating as a team member to achieve all outcomes.

- Ensure personal adherence with all compliance programs including the Global Business Ethics and Compliance Program, Global Quality policies and procedures, Safety and Environment policies, and HR policies.

Job Requirements:
- Education
- University Business / Science Degree
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Forecasting expertise in the Canadian Pharmaceutical industry or similar forecasting expertise.
- Proven, wellrounded management skills. Comfortable leading and managing a team of analysts.
- Ability to make effective recommendations and timely decisions.
- Ability to work with all levels within the organization in terms of people, processes and systems. Organizational agility. Has a commercial understanding of the business practices of a Sales & Marketing organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
