Description
provide quotes to customers accordingly and in timely manner- schedule jobs accordingly and confirm appointments with customers
- schedule/coordinate jobs with shop manager
- check in customers for vehicle drop offs - confirm work order and upsell on additional work
- enter jobs into / update internal job management system accordingly
- assist in upselling customers on protection products
- assist in picking up/delivering vehicles
- assist in ordering shop supplies and inventory as required
- accounting duties (training provided if no prior experience)
- invoicing
- recording expenses
- reconciling
- maintain a clean and organized work environment
- misc duties and errands as set out by supervisor
Requirements:
- customer service experience required/a "must" have
- basic sales experience preferred
- admin/accounting experience considered an asset
Salary:
$17.50-$20.00 per hour
