- Develop, document, plan and evaluate processes, procedures and policies to ensure compliance with external and internal controls (ICOFR, Privacy etc.)
- Provide support to branches, offering information and education regarding Financing software system use and product(s) offered through Premium Finance
- Evaluate current processes and identify opportunities for increased operational efficiencies
- Reviewing, coordinating, and processing the cancellation of policies for client
- Level 2 General license
- Post-Secondary degree or diploma in related field or, equivalent combination of education and experience
- CPP certification is an asset
- Well versed in navigating multiple computer programs at once
