Position Responsibilities- Numbering deliverables and other documents per client standards.
- Registering and classifying deliverables and other documents as required in the EDMS.
- Managing versions, revisions and metadata in the EDMS.
- Transmitting deliverables to the client and ensuring quality requirements and schedule are met.
- Providing reports from the EDMS as requested.
- Assisting team members in use of the EDMS and ensuring procedures are followed.
- Adhere to project procedures at all times and guide team members in the same.
- 3+ years of document control experience preferably in an engineering/construction environment.
- Experience with systems such as SharePoint, Aconex or other collaborative project management tools and EDMS.
- Outstanding communication and relationship building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and complex environment to meet deadlines and daily requirements.
- Exceptional attention to detail a must.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; experience in developing and formatting documents an asset.
