We are currently seeking one Rotating Equipment
Maintenance Planner / Coordinator to support our dynamic team.

As an integral member of the team, you will have an opportunity to support the development of Maintenance Work packages that support the reliability of our client's operating facilities.

Your pride in providing support to the various disciplines in planning and scheduling maintenance activities will be a vital part of this diverse and interesting position.


Responsibilities:


  • Assists the client Reliability Team in developing rotating equipment maintenance turnaround work packages
  • Coordinates and works independently with various client maintenance discipline specialists, plant operations and contract resources to develop maintenance repair work packages
  • Identifies the specialized resources and services required to complete the forecasted repair work
  • Supports the development of integrated turnaround schedules
  • Develops the spare parts and materials list required to execute the work
  • Drives resource loading of work packages
  • Estimates manhours required to complete the work
  • Identifies/estimates the activities required to prepare the equipment for maintenance

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a Maintenance Coordinator, Turnaround Planner / Scheduler role
  • At least five years in the Oil & Gas Industry
  • Experience building maintenance turnaround work packages
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Selfmotivated and able to add value with mínimal direction
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to provide highquality work within a fastpaced environment
  • Experience working an SAP environment, Maintenance and Procurement
