Your job

  • Provide exceptional customer service by helping our customers develop strategies for purchase transactions, mortgage preapprovals and external refinancing.
  • Establish and maintain lasting relationships with real estate brokers.
  • Organize and participate in business development activities and events.
  • Communicate and collaborate closely with our internal partners to increase retention, takeover or referral of customers to the most appropriate partner to promote crossselling. Update your knowledge of all National Bank products and market developments.

Your team

As part of a team of 10 colleagues in the residential financing sector, you will report to the Director of Residential Financing.

Prerequisites

  • Bachelor's degree related to business sector and one year of relevant experience, or DEC and 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in business development
  • Ability to work under pressure to achieve business development objectives
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage different stakeholders
  • Rigor and mastery of IT tools
  • Knowledge of financial products
