JUKAI Japanese & Thai is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to be responsible for all marketing and communications in order to build and sustain loyal, long-term relationships between our restaurants and our community.


Responsibilities:


  • Work with the Owner to strengthen Jukai brand positioning and profitability by innovating and creating unique marketing strategies
  • Manage all daytoday social media operations within budget, including content creation and advertising campaigns which support key business initiatives
  • Maintain and update the website to attract customers
  • Continuously research and explore new social media and marketing features and trends to anticipate and inform relevant content on various platforms
  • Oversee engagement with the social community multiple times per day, and ensure that all engagement is responded to immediately for improved traction
  • Capture weekly review and social media analytics for all locations
  • Track engagement and developing trends to documentation metrics so that Jukai continually improve
  • Build relationships and partnerships within the local community to encourage crossmarketing opportunities
  • Regularly connect with local blogs and news platforms for added exposure
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • Completion of college/university is required
  • 2 years of marketing related experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication, organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively


  • Strong computer knowledge

  • Excel, Word, and Outlook

Salary:
$26.00 per hour


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
