Description

Ray and Sons Automotive is looking to hire an experienced Service Advisor.

As a Service Advisor you will communicate directly with customers, managing their needs regarding auto maintenance and repairs. Excellent customer service skills are essential to succeed in this position.

Responsibilities of the Service Advisor include:

• Communicating with customers to determine the mechanical problem.
• Estimate costs and time for service repairs.
• Schedule service and repair appointments.
• Communicate between the customer and the technician to manage the status of work orders.
• Respond to customer inquiries over the phone and in person.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$17.00-$25.00 per hour
