Position
FULL TIME CLERK II- _Safety Sensitive_**
Department GAS BAR/CONVENIENCE STORE

Location Assiniboia

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to customers.
To supervise and delegate the work flow and duties of Pump Attendants and Clerk I's.
To be responsible for cash ups on the point of sale system, and office computer system.
Responsible for maintaining Cstore price files.
Responsible for ordering, receiving, and displaying of product as directed by Manager.
To perform interior/exterior housekeeping duties.
Dispense gasolines, diesel fuel and propane.
To clean, fill and maintain all machines, example: slush, hot dog, coffee, etc.
Responsible for providing a neat, clean and well merchandised front end at all times.
Operate point of sale terminal.
To operate and maintain equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
To be responsible in the area of loss prevention.
To be responsible for daily environmental checks.
Ability to carry out responsibilities of C-Store Manager in her absence.
To be familiar with and adhere to Southland Coop policies and procedures.
To perform opening and closing procedures as directed by manager and be responsible for opening on Sundays.

Requirements:

Able to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.
Supervisory experience an asset.
Strong computer skills.
Ability to make decisions in stressful situations.
Ability to make decisions quickly and accurately.
A pleasant and outgoing personality
A desire and ability to work with the public.
Physically able to do heavy lifting.
Able to work outdoors.
Must successfully pass preemployment drug and alcohol testing as per Southland policy.
