Beedie's Residential team is currently looking for a self-motivated, detailed oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator.
We are looking for a driven, energetic sales coordinator who can work well in a collaborative team environment and support the efforts of our Sales team.
You will be working in a fast paced environment and will be required to take on a wide variety of tasks and deal with high pressure situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet & register guests
- Ensure that every guests has an outstanding experience during their visit
- Prospecting & following up with visitors
- Support sales presentations as necessary
- Database management entering contract and prospect details into CRM
- Contract Management ensuring all contracts are up to date, accurate, free of error and outstanding
- Prepare, distribute and adhere to reporting rhythms as set for the sales program
- Manage daytoday operations of Presentation Centre including supply orders, couriers, deposit management and contract management
- Responsible for daily opening operations and closing presentation centre
- Providing administrative support to Marketing, Development, Sales team, and Sales Administrator as needed
- Assisting with phone campaigns to prospective purchasers and realtors
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Previous multifamily residential project sales experience.
- Previous resale or presale sales administration experience in reviewing contracts, disclosure statements, amendment, and MLS.
- A selfstarter who can solve problems independently.
- Strong organizational skills, with an ability to set priorities in order to meet multiple project deadlines.
- Post-Secondary Education in Real Estate.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Extremely proficient in ability to multitask.
- A willingness to adapt and accept new responsibilities in order to achieve overall team objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
