Description

• Identify and sell automotive parts & accessories to internal and external customers.
• Search catalogues and online resources to identify and prepare parts estimates.
• Assist parts team with ordering parts, accessories and shop supplies from local vendors.
• Continuously monitor and maintain inventory levels as directed by the supervisor.
• Provide our customers with prompt and polite customer service in person, by phone and via multiple digital communication services.
• Assist with daily shipping and receiving requirements
• Ensure parts counter and storage areas are kept tidy and organized.
• Provide assistance and other various administrative duties for staff and management

• Selfdirected, with a knack for solving problems and inefficiencies
• Helpful and patient
• A quick learner and an efficient worker
• A confident communicator with a cheery disposition
• Fluent in English language, both oral and written
• Incredibly organized and keep a tidy work space
• Phenomenal with computers, internet and technology
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Windows, Word & Excel Experience
• Willing to put in an extra effort and get things done
• Polished and presentable, and have a professional manner
