Our banquet team plays a pivotal role in ensuring our reputation for outstanding events, and we're currently seeking a dedicated
Banquet Server to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and set up banquet rooms according to specified plans, including table arrangements, decorations, table linens, table settings, etc.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
Anticipate and attend to guests' needs, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
Assist in the assembly and breakdown of banquet displays and decorations.
Clear tables and clean banquet areas after events, ensuring spaces are ready for future use.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of banquet spaces, server stations, and service equipment.
Collaborate closely with kitchen and event planning teams to ensure smooth operation of events.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in a banquet server role or similar position in a hotel or related establishment is a plus.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment, managing multiple tasks and maintaining professionalism.
Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying heavy items and standing for long periods.
Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
ProServe certification is an asset, but not required.
