Pour l'organisation et la coordination de notre camp scientifique, nous sommes présentement à la recherche des:
**Moniteur/trice de camp de jour**

Sous l'autorité de la directrice du camp scientifique, vous aurez sous votre responsabilité un groupe d'enfant.

QUALITÉS RECHERCHÉES:

- Dynamisme, créativité;
- Polyvalence, débrouillardise;
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à susciter l'intérêt des enfants;
- Bonne capacité d'adaptation.

DESCRIPTION DE TÂCHES:

- Participer aux différentes formations avant et pendant le camp;
- Participer aux réunions de travail avant et pendant le camp;
- Participer à l'élaboration et à la préparation des programmes d'activités du camp.

TÂCHES JOURNALIÈRES:

- Animer les activités et encadrer le groupe;
- Agir à titre de motivateur et maintenir l'intérêt des enfants;
- Veiller à la propreté des locaux et au bon état du matériel;
- Véhiculer une image positive de l'organisme en tout temps;
- Programmer les activités hebdomadaires pour son groupe selon les critères établis par la direction du camp;
- Organiser, animer et participer aux rassemblements de début de journée;
SÉCURITÉ:

- Veiller à la sécurité des enfants et des lieux en tout temps;
- Prodiguer les premiers soins au besoin;
- Rédiger au besoin tous rapports d'accidents;
- Assurer un suivi auprès des parents et de la direction du camp;
- Rapporter tout accident, bris ou anomalies à la direction du camp.

EXIGENCES SPÉCIFIQUES:

- Expérience en camp de jour;
- Formation DAFA;
- Disponible pour toutes les semaines de camp;
- Disponible pour toutes les formations;
- Cours Secourisme RCR;
- Sans antécédent judiciaire relatif à l'emploi;
- Sens des responsabilités et bon jugement;
- En mesure de transmettre de l'information (savoir informer et vulgariser);
- Excellentes relations interpersonnelles.

**Salaire : à partir de 17,25$ par heure**

Heure : Maximum de 40 heures par semaine (de 8h45 à 16h15)

Emplacement du travail : 4000 St-Ambroise, bureau 266, Montréal QC Canada H4C 2C7

**IMPORTANT** : Vous devez être disponible pour toute la durée du contrat. Le contrat est du lundi au vendredi, du 2 juillet au 12 juillet. Il y aura de 50 heures de formations payées avant le début du camp.

For the organization and coordination of our science camp, we are currently looking for:
**Day camp counsellor**

Under the authority of the director of the science camp, you will be responsible for a group of kids.

DESIRED QUALITIES:

- Dynamism, creativity;
- Versatility, resourcefulness;
- Ability to work in a team and arouse the interest of children;
- Good adaptation capacity.

TASK DESCRIPTION:

- Participate in the various trainings before and during the camp;
- Participate in work meetings before and during the camp;
- Participate in the development and preparation of camp activity programs.

DAILY TASKS:

- Lead activities and supervise your group;
- Act as a motivator and maintain the interest of the children;
- Ensure the cleanliness of the premises and the good condition of the equipment;
- Convey a positive image of the organization at all times;
- Schedule weekly activities for their group according to the criteria established by the camp management;
- Organize, animate and participate in early day gatherings;
SECURITY:

- Ensure the safety of children and the premises at all times;
- Supervise children during outings;
- Provide first aid as needed;
- Write all accident reports as needed; Follow up with parents and camp management;
- Report any accident, breakage or anomalies to the management of the camp.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

- Day camp experience;
- DAFA training;
- Available for all camp weeks;
- Available for all training;
- CPR First Aid Course;
- Without a criminal record relating to employment;
- Sense of responsibility and good judgment;
- Able to transmit information (know how to inform and popularize);
- Excellent interpersonal skills.

**IMPORTANT**: You must be available for the entire duration of the contract (from July 2sd to July 19, 2024).
