Description

Halifax Water is hiring for the job of
IS Application Administrator. This is a
regular opportunity in the Engineering and Technology Services Department and has
full-time hours and is
located in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

As an IS Application Administrator, you will:

Be responsible for the installation, configuration, support and maintenance of Halifax Water's IT Applications.
The primary area of focus will be ERP.

To do this job, you need to have:

Post-secondary diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology
ERP experience is an asset
Hands on experience with the following:
Microsoft Window Operating System environments,
Familiarity with the fundamental principles of ITIL,
ITIL Certification (or willing to obtain with 6 months of being hired)
Certification in one of the following:
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert
Microsoft Certified SharePoint Administrator
Equivalent certifications or experience may be considered
A valid NS driver's license and access to reliable transportation
