We're currently looking for an


ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Our team of coffee experts is responsible for the distribution and service of a variety of commercial coffee equipment. Our account executives are responsible for prospecting new customers.

Our current sales team has decades of industry specific expertise and is very well positioned to make the best recommendations for your office needs.

As a new employee you will get set up on a comprehensive training plan that covers fundamental skills, tools, and intradepartmental knowledge necessary to be successful and efficient before entering the field


Responsibilities

  • Develop indepth knowledge of our entire product line in order to sell consultatively
  • Conducting discovery calls with key stakeholders (Business Owners, Executives, General
  • Managers, Director of Operations, etc.) and aligning solutions and value proposition to customer's needs
  • Following up on inbound leads
  • Scheduling and conducting persuasive demonstrations
  • Preparing quotes and proposals and negotiating agreements in coordination with Management
  • Documenting activity and interactions in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Working with the Marketing and Sales team to share customer feedback and competitive intelligence
  • Participate in team meetings and weekly 1:1 meeting with manager and provide pipeline and forecast updates
  • Develop and maintain strong industry, product, and competitive knowledge
  • Light travel for inperson meetings to represent Servomax
  • Other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of 3 to 7 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure and resolve client issues in a timely manner
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Valid driver's license (as you will need to visit client locations)
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills in both French and English
