Century St. Albert has an opening for a Full Time Dual Rate Floor Supervisor/Games Manager.
Manage all Table Games Operations in compliance with Century Casinos, AGLC and all other applicable government agencies. Develop, enhance and maintain positive and professional relationships with customers, team members and authorities from all levels of government. Practice and encourage exceptional customer service while ensuring all table games are operated correctly and with integrity. Maintain and comply with safety and security standards. The Games Manager is responsible for all facility operations in the absence of the Casino Manager and General Manager.


Essential Requirements:


  • Strong understanding of Table Games Operations with working knowledge of all game types offered.
  • Positive attitude and winning personality with a focus on unsurpassed excellence in customer service.
  • Sound communication skills, judgement and decision making.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a team leader.
  • Flexible and adaptable to new situations.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Directly responsible for all Pit Staff Members. In the absence of the Casino Manager, responsible for all aspects of the facility.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Demonstrated knowledge of casino operations, gaming rules and regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience receiving, securing, handling, counting and reconciling, and distributing large sums of money.
  • Must have a working knowledge of all game types offered.
  • Demonstrated effective and diplomatic customer service and communication skills including those with staff, government agents and customers.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:


  • Recent managerial experience in the Alberta Table Games Market. Expert knowledge of AGLC Policies & Procedures, including AML, required.


  • Reasoning Ability

  • Must have demonstrated the ability to use good judgement and make good decisions on a consistent basis. Independent decision making is required.
  • Other Skills and Abilities
  • Knowledge of Century Casino, FINTRAC and AGLC's policies and procedures and how they pertain to all areas of operation. Must have and maintain professional radio communication when communicating with all departments.
