Line Cook


The Role at a Glance:
This position plays a key role within our hotels.

We are looking for cooks who want to learn and develop their craft whilst gaining experience from our culinary leadership team who have domestic and international experience.

You will have the opportunity to participate in various meal periods, cuisines and culinary styles and this is the perfect opportunity for cooks who are ready for the next step.


Your Day To Day Duties:


  • Prepare and deliver a high quality culinary experience and execute on our menu items
  • Create flow on the line by ensuring up to date knowledge of inventory levels at your station and timely delivery of food orders
  • Take accountability for the safety and cleanliness of your station, and the quality of product you present
  • You will work towards achieving individual and team goals
  • Comply with all Archive standards, policies and procedures at all times.
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

You have:


  • You share a passion for culinary arts
  • Prior cooking experience and willingness to learn
  • Versed in food safety to ensure the highest standards are executed (Food Safe Level 1 preferred)
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Other duties and tasks assigned by your manager, as required

Special Requirements and Certifications:


  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job
  • Role requires standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying 35 pounds
