We are looking for experienced Building Caretaker to join us
The schedule is Tuesday & Thursday

You are a self-starter, dependable and energetic

Great rate starting from $23.00 per hour depending on experience
Bi-weekly payouts, directly into your bank account

Duties and Responsibilities:

Walk through the entire building at the beginning of the shift and prior to the end of the

shift to detect and report any questionable activity

Maintain the order and appearance of common and public areas to acceptable standards

set by NBM policies and checklists

Inspect/clean security camera equipment daily and review footage in response to incidents
Maintain the building tools and keep in good working order
Maintain registry for key allocation, program FOB's, parking space allocations, garden plot

allocations, storage lockers, building fire safety plans and any other
allocations that may be required

Assisting with Move in's/out's
Inform the office staff of any warranty deficiencies reported by tenants or discovered

during inspections

Respond promptly to emergency calls and tenant generated Incident Reports, taking

appropriate action and answering/responding or notifying appropriate authorities of
emergencies

Other sitespecific duties

We provide all equipment & supplies needed and training will be provided as well.

All buildings are on the transit route.
