    About the team you are joining

    Reportingto the Head, Invoicing and Collection, the incumbent will be responsible for assistingin the collection operations in the assigned segments, with the goal ofreducing overdue accounts receivables.

    What your day would be like

    Primarilyresponsible for assisting in the collection operation of;

    Airline debts for invoices related to IATA Settlement Services, IATA Coding Annual Fees, SIS e-Invoicing.

    Travel Agent debts in the Americas region.

    Work withthe Head of Invoicing and Collection to implement procedures and strategies whichwill lead to the reduction of overdue accounts receivables.

    Universitydegree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;
    Abilityto work as a strong team-player in a dynamic, multi-cultural, fast-paced andhighly demanding environment whilst being sufficiently organized to deliverupon tight deadlines and productivity metrics;
    Abilityto set priorities and to work with a high-level of drive, energy, and speedwith a strong customer focus on proactive problem solving, conflict resolution,continuous follow-up, and client retention.
    ExcellentMS Office skills, particularly in Excel.
    Excellentinterpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across allhierarchies and cultures; and
    Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills in English are essential, whilstproficiency in any other regional language would be an asset.
