**1 Year Contract role

Hybrid Role - Work from home and in Mississauga office required
Position is responsible for providing administration support to both the sales team and executive team, when required.

  • Prepare and edit proposals for potential clients. Work closely with the Account Executive to ensure proposal is accurate and reflects terms and conditions.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly report summarizes for VP Sales
  • Update systems as required
  • WDB, GPS, Billing, Sales Force
  • Update pricing revisions both CDN (GP Schedules) & US (Kewill)
  • Draft Thank you letters type, copy and mail out
  • Prepare Monthly commission reports for Brokerage, Logistics and ISR's
  • All other duties assigned
  • High school diploma required. College Diploma in business is preferred
  • Minimum two (2) years in an administrative assistant role within a business environment is required.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite of products
  • Word, Excel, Power Point, Sales Force is a definite asset.
