Sales Administrator - Mississauga, Canada - Willson International Ltd.

**1 Year Contract roleHybrid Role - Work from home and in Mississauga office required
Position is responsible for providing administration support to both the sales team and executive team, when required.
- Prepare and edit proposals for potential clients. Work closely with the Account Executive to ensure proposal is accurate and reflects terms and conditions.
- Prepare weekly/monthly report summarizes for VP Sales
- Update systems as required
- WDB, GPS, Billing, Sales Force
- Update pricing revisions both CDN (GP Schedules) & US (Kewill)
- Draft Thank you letters type, copy and mail out
- Prepare Monthly commission reports for Brokerage, Logistics and ISR's
- All other duties assigned
- High school diploma required. College Diploma in business is preferred
- Minimum two (2) years in an administrative assistant role within a business environment is required.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite of products
- Word, Excel, Power Point, Sales Force is a definite asset.
