To facilitate our growth, Equipment World has an immediate opening in our Rentals Department

As Warehouse Attendant for Equipment World - Rentals division, main responsibilities are for the maintenance and organization of the warehouse area and rental equipment.

Daily duties include but are not limited to:

Assist retrieving, loading and unloading of equipment
Perform predelivery inspections on all equipment and test all functions before and after rental
Perform postrental inspections using inspection forms and followup on any damage, problems or customer chargeback
Provide operators with orientation on any equipment as required
Respond to customer inquiries, maintain good customer relations and solve problems
Maintain clean and orderly warehouse and yard (including snow removal on entrances and walkways)
Track rental equipment and ensure all equipment is properly prepared and presented
Take an active role in Health and Safety initiatives for yourself and warehouse team

Applicants should be physically fit with ability to lift 25-50 lbs, have good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.

A good working knowledge and/or experience working with large and small equipment is a strong asset.
