Windermere Golf & Country Club is looking for positive, committed, energetic & hardworking individuals to join our food service team for the 2023 golf season.

Located in Southwest Edmonton, Windermere is one of Edmonton's premiere private club experiences.

Offering beautiful views, creative culinary offerings and world class golf right on the banks of the North Saskatchewan River since 1957.

Windermere offers a wide variety of food service including but not limited to ala carte breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner & feature menus, weddings, events & plated dinners.

Job Requirements

  • One year of experience in the food services industry
  • Friendly, Positive, Interactive people
  • Strong working knowledge of food services industry principles, methods, practices, and techniques
  • Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands
  • Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
  • High flexibility with strong interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse environment

Must be able to

  • Work Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Bring Positive attitude to work every day
  • Be reliable, helpful and accommodating
  • Extended periods of standing, and other physically demanding conditions
  • Work Occasional overtime

Part-time hours: 32-40 per week


Salary:
$18.00-$21.46 per hour

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • Cooking: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Food Handler Certification (preferred)
  • Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)

Shift availability:

  • Night Shift (preferred)
