Job summary
We're looking for a part-time Challenge Producer & Community Content Curator to run a monthly 7-Day Phone Fight , helping people reclaim their attention from their phones.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the founder to make sure the project is well organized and thought through.
- Manage the challenge workflow: send daily prompts, monitor submissions, and guide participants through the 7 day experience.
- Curate and screen participant video diaries and written reflections.
- Edit and format content for social media (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Shorts) so it is concise, vertical, and emotionally compelling while retaining authenticity.
- Schedule and post curated content to social platforms according to the challenge narrative.
