About the Business
Good Air Ventilation Systems Inc. is more than just a ventilation company; it's a way of doing business. Our expertise consists of design solutions for heating, ventilation and air conditioning.

We work with clients in all market segments to provide them with comfortable and efficient heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.

We are looking to hire a heat pump sales person to be part of our rapidly expanding heat pump division


Duties

  • Schedule heat pump estimation appointments
  • Conduct inhome heat pump assessments (training will be provided)
  • Maintain diligent notes in company provided software platforms for submission to the estimation team
  • Promote products/services to new and existing customers
  • Close sales by means of excellent customer service and salesmanship
  • Follow up on issued estimates to close
  • Develop strategies for more effective sales closing, share with team
  • Maintain positive business and customer relationships to to prolong customer lifetime value
  • Prioritize and/or escalate client questions and concerns to increase client satisfaction
  • Track personal appointments, status reports, and sales
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Assist with marketing through social media, active and passive marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Class 5 driver's license
  • Shines working collaboratively in a fastmoving and teamoriented environment.
  • A balanced, proactive thinker and a great problem solver.
  • Analytical thinking skills uses data to drive strategy and to focus activities.
  • Proficient with technology (Microsoft Office, Gmail, social media, etc.)
  • Holds high levels of professional motivation and expectations and manages time well.
  • Highly organized
  • Expert level English reading and writing skills.
  • Able to work independently
